what big news.
suddenly there's news, finalement.
one of our most major construction incident so far. inevitably, singapore slips and falls on the rare occassion. it was surprising that the section looked surprisingly clear of vehicles. wonder if the drivers all had time to react. a few token deaths, light casualty rate for the severity of the disaster. bypass surgery required. the monotony of life is broken.
