as long as they dont award the project to the operator of Genting. i'm not happy with singapore money flowing towards malaysia. bleh.
amused the Mr Wong Kan Seng kept repeating that he wasn't happy with having a casino. with PM Lee, and Lim Hng Kiang both saying that the proposals were fantastically mind-boggling, im dying to see what the concepts look like. bigger than the zoo and bird park combined, indeed.

ohyar the great Integrated Resort debate. not the casino debate, as PM Lee corrected the Media, but well the casiNO is a big crux of it. so now we have TWO casinos / IRs. well, that's news. i mean, well the green light was expected, but TWO! the religious groups must be fainting. ah well, i suppose i shall revel in the news that the casinos will fund museums and theatres, and theme parks and resorts. that's useful to me. perhaps it can also subsidise more of the expensive arty-farty shows. it's a good way to rob the Silly of their money. taxes from the rich, gambling money from the fools and foreigners. im fine with that.
