ah, so they gave commendation awards or whatever awards to certain people who were part of the tsunami aid operation. and guess who they gave the awards to? the generals, the commanders, the big shots. and what about the tons of other people who went there and did work, i wonder... Makes you wonder what's the value of these awards. hah. i shall not say anymore, think for yourself.
